You may request a return under the following conditions:
The item is damaged, defective, or not as described
You received the wrong item
The product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

To initiate a return:

Provide your Order ID, product name, and reason for return
We will guide you through the return process and arrange for pickup or ask you to send the item back
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it.
If the return is approved, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
You’ll be notified via email or phone once the process is complete.
If eligible for a refund:
Refunds will be made via the original payment method (card, bank transfer, etc.)
It may take 5–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind or mistake from the customer, return shipping charges may apply.
The following items cannot be returned:
Personal care & hygiene products (e.g., makeup, razors, underwear)
Opened food or drink items
Customized or personalized items
Perishables
Digital goods or software

Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
